Which processes in the hydrogen sector does Mondragon Assembly cover?
We offer proven automation solutions along the entire value chain – from bipolar plate welding, functional and leak tests, and stack assembly with high-precision stacking tolerances and compression systems, to system integration and end-of-line tests.
How do you ensure high tolerance and quality requirements for stacks?
Our systems and all critical components are designed for very tight tolerances. We also support you with design-for-manufacturing approaches to incorporate the necessary references into your components from the outset. Measurement and testing systems, as well as process-reliable control and monitoring concepts, are jointly defined to ensure reproducible stack quality.
Can the systems be customized and designed within our budget?
Yes. We develop customized concepts with different levels of automation, process modules and component strategies to optimally balance technical requirements, investment costs and life cycle costs.
Does Mondragon Assembly also support factory and line planning?
In addition to designing production and testing tools, we support our customers with layout, line, and factory planning, including scaling, ramp-up, and industrialization concepts.
